CAL-TEX PROCESS STAGES

1. Initial Technical Diagnosis
   Reception of the sample and identification of the client's specific requirements. We prepare a tailored technical work sheet based on the product, applicable standards, and the purpose of the analysis.
2. Sample Preparation and Conditioning
   The sample is conditioned according to the corresponding test protocols, ensuring its stability and representativeness.
3. Testing in Accredited Laboratory
   We carry out analyses under national and international standards (ISO, ASTM, AATCC, UNE-EN, among others), using calibrated equipment and up-to-date methodologies.
4. Results Validation
   Our technical team reviews and validates the data, ensuring consistency and traceability for regulatory or internal control purposes.
5. Preparation of Standardized Technical Report
   We draft a clear, detailed, and decision-oriented technical report. It includes results, interpretation, and compliance assessment.
6. Report Delivery and Recommendations
   The tested samples and the technical report are delivered to the client, along with expert observations that may impact production, procurement, or certification processes.
7. Cal-Tex Certification
   If the tests meet the established criteria, we issue a certificate of conformity backed by the recognized quality of our laboratory.
8. Post-Certification Technical Support
   Our experts provide guidance to interpret results, implement improvements, and prepare products for future certifications or new markets.
